Visiting the wilderness of Alaska may seem to be exciting but nothing can prepare you for the magnificent locale. Most of the tourists are therefore extremely curious about how the other half i.e. the bears live in their natural habitat. You won’t be disappointed once you arrive in Alaska though. No worries! The bears will not harm you unless they perceive you as a threat. So, do follow the etiquette of the jungle, most importantly that of the bears when you are in their terrain. Be sure to listen closely to the experienced guide who would be accompanying you, however. Simply remember the following ground rules before you embark on a trip.
  1. Do not approach the bears
  2. Do not startle or interrupt them
  3. Keep a good distance in between 
  4. Do not try to pet the cubs in the presence of the mother
  5. Never, ever offer food to them
